TERMS & CONDITIONS

Operating Hours: Daily & Public Holidays from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Booking Eligibility: Only Members are permitted to make bookings (Strictly for Social Play only).
Advance Booking: Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance.
Rates (inclusive of 9% GST): Daily & Public Holidays, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM): $10.90 per hour
Booking Limits: Each Member may book the tennis court for a maximum of 4 hours per week, with a daily limit of 2 hours.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 2 days or less before the booking date are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows on the booked date.
Wet Weather Policy: The determination of rain conditions on the premises will be at our discretion. In the event of wet weather, the affected time slot will be refunded.
