SPGG introduces meeting and conference packages to conduct your business meetings and seminars away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Meeting and Conference Packages

Additional room rental charges are applicable if the minimum guaranteed no. of guests required for the room is not met.

The above packages include the following:-

• Use of Meeting Room from 8am to 12pm or 1pm to 5pm (Half Day Package) / from 8am to 5pm (Full Day Package).
• Free flow of Coffee & Tea through out meeting.

• Complimentary use of LCD projector and projector screen.
• Provision of flipchart and whiteboard with markers.
• Provision of writing material, ice water and mints for all participants.
• Choice of Chinese, Western or Halal luncheon (Bento).
• Choice of 3 snack items per coffee break (Bento).
• Parking coupons for 20% of confirmed attendance.
• Wireless internet access.
• Bowling is available at preferential rates (subject to availability)
