Tennis Court Booking

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Operating Hours: 8:00AM to 9:00PM daily, including Public Holidays.
• Booking Eligibility: Only Members with an active membership status may make bookings.
• Advance Booking: Bookings may be made up to 7 days in advance.
• Booking Fees: $10.90 per hour (inclusive of 9% GST), payable upon booking confirmation.
• Booking Restrictions: Each Principal Member is permitted to book up to 4 hours per week and a maximum of 2 hours per day. Spouse and Junior under a Members’ family privileges, shall share the same hours quota that is enjoyed by the Principal Member.
• Usage Restrictions: Courts are strictly for the personal social and recreational use of SPGG Members and their invited guests only. SPGG Members are not allowed to sell, transfer, or book courts on behalf of others, nor permit non-members to use the courts in their absence.
• Cancellation Policy: Booking fees are non-refundable for cancellations made within 2 days of the booking date.
• No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows on the day of booking.
• Wet Weather Policy: The determination of rain conditions on the premises is at our discretion. If courts are rendered unusable, the affected time slot will be refunded as a rain check for use at a later date.
