It’s an affordable annual fee of $120.00+, subject to prevailing GST.

One year, renewable annually.​

We provide a business address, and will receive all incoming mail and parcels from postal or courier services on behalf of your business.

All our SPGG Virtual Offices will have the following business address format:

The above unit number is allocated by us.

Yes, you can. You just have to pay an additional $100.00+, subject to prevailing GST, and subject to availability of the number that you wish to have.

No, SPGG Virtual Office is also available to non-SPGG Members. 

No, we do not provide such services.

SPGG Virtual Office is only open to Singapore-registered companies, Sole-proprietors, and Societies, but not for individuals.

Mail and parcels are delivered to our SPGG Clubhouse which is located at 1010 Dover Road, and tenants can collect their mail at our Reception desk.

You may contact our Reception desk at 6796 9988 to check if there is any mail for collection, before you come over.

Yes, you can. Please follow the application procedure in Qn 12.

Submit the following via email, or in person to SPGG’s Reception desk:

If you wish to apply for a new business:

  1. SPGG Virtual Office Application Form – complete Page 1 (available at SPGG Reception or can be requested via email to sheilademado@spgg.org.sg );
  2. Verification of the NRIC (front and back) for the shareholder/director of your new business;

If you wish to apply for your existing business:

  1. SPGG Virtual Office Application Form – complete Page 2 (available at SPGG Reception or can be requested via email to sheilademado@spgg.org.sg );
  2. Verification of the NRIC (front and back) for the shareholder/director of your new business;
  3. A recent ACRA/ROS printout for company or sole-Proprietor or society.

For payment, please find the available modes below:

  2. Credit Card: VISA/MASTER at SPGG’s Reception
