Rental includes:
Car park - Office tenant may purchase only one monthly IU parking @$90, subject to GST for each unit (Available at Reception Counter from 1st to 15th of the month). Any remaining monthly IU parking which other tenants did not purchase will be opened for sales from 16th to 20th of the month. Also, existing office tenants may purchase a Per Entry car park coupon for single exit use at $4.80 from Reception Counter. *Prices are subject to changes. |
- Member’s rate is only applicable if the Director or Shareholder of the Tenant is an SPGG Life / Ordinary / Associate / Corporate Member.
- One year lease. There is an option to renew for another year and the new rental rate is subject to mutual agreement.
- 2 months rental deposit and 1 month advance rental are required.
- All rentals quoted are subject to prevailing GST rates.
- No telephone number, internet or furniture included
