TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservation / Booking has to be made and be accepted via email to pinxbooking@skpinx.co.kr with membership card number and “(SPGG)” behind your name stated in the email.
Reservation is subject to availability; 35% discounts are applicable on eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays. It cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.
Reservation period till 27 February 2025 and Stay period till 28 February 2025.
Age standard for child: 0 to 12 years old.
An additional fee of KRW 33,000 per person per night will be charged for additional guest (please check with hotel on the prevailing rate).
An additional fee of KRW 33,000 will be charged per night for extra bedding (Korean style room: blankets, Western style room: extra bed) (please check with hotel on the prevailing rate).
All places including the room in the hotel are non-smoking area. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor place.
Pets are not allowed.

7 to 6 days before the scheduled visit: 30% penalty charge
5 days before the scheduled visit: 50% penalty charge
4 to 2 days before the scheduled visit: 70% penalty charge
Before 17:00 Korea Standard Time (KST), 2 days before or on day of scheduled visit: 100% penalty (No Refund)
