  • SPGG (Singapore Polytechnic Graduates’ Guild) is an alumni clubhouse. We have incubation offices (Office-for-Rent) on Level 2 and 3 that are suitable for small businesses and enterprises (SMEs)

The monthly rental for each SPGG Office-for-Rent room starts from $550 onward, depending on the floor area, and is subject to prevailing GST.

Companies, Sole-proprietorships, Societies or Associations who are registered with ACRA or Registry of Societies or any other relevant authorities in Singapore.

It is not required as our Office-for-Rent is open to both SPGG members and non-members, subject to the above criteria 4.

SPGG Members will enjoy a discount on the rental provided that he / she is the Director or Shareholder of the tenanted company / partnership / sole-proprietor and holding an active SPGG Life / Ordinary / Associate / Corporate Membership.

If I am not an SPGG member, what other benefits do I get if I become an SPGG Member?

15% discount at our F&B outlets for non-promotional items, an F&B voucher on your birthday month, merchant benefits, complimentary entrepreneurship talks, social events, reciprocal tie-ups with other clubs and more.

The monthly rental of an SPGG Office-for-Rent room includes:
1. All electricity charges, air-conditioning unit(s) maintenance and servicing (additional air-con will be at tenant's own expenses).
2. Vacuuming of carpet (upon request)
3. Clearing of Waste Paper Basket

The standard rental period for Office-for-Rent is one year.  There is an option to renew for another year and the new rental rate is subject to mutual agreement.


There is a 2-month exit clause. Notwithstanding the one-year rental period, Office-for-Rent tenants may terminate the lease agreement by giving to the landlord a two (2) months’ written notice or payment of two (2) months’ rent in-lieu of notice.

We will require a 2-month rental deposit and a 1-month advance rental.

Collection of mail and parcels addressed to your Office-for-Rent address will be at the SPGG Reception at Level 2, daily

from 8am to 8pm.

Yes. We have SPGG Coffee Hub right next to the Level 2 SPGG Office-for-Rent offices, open daily from 8am – 6pm

(including Public Holidays), conveniently located for you to grab your breakfast and much needed morning cup of coffee.

SPGG Members get a further 15% discount off the menu.

Yes. You may head to the cafe by the pool, or The Restaurant on Level 2 for a business lunch or dinner.  SPGG

Members get a further 15% discount off the menu.

The hourly car park rate for cars is $1.20 per hour (charged by the minute) and $0.65 per time block* for motorcycles.

Parking is free on Sundays and Public Holidays from 7.00am to 10.00pm.


* 1st block: 7.00am to 10.30pm and 2nd block: 10.31pm to 6.59am.


Yes, it is at $90+ per month but car park lots are not reserved and are subject to availability.
