1. Full payment is required for the confirmation of the shoot.

2. Cancellation Policy

i. At least 5 days’ notice (50% charge)

ii. Less than 5 days (no refund)

3. Reschedule Policy

i. At least 5 days’ notice (no charge)

ii. Less than 5 days (25% charge)

iii. Minimum 48 hours’ notice, otherwise considered as proceeding

4. Late Arrival Policy

i. 10 minutes grace period, fees will be pro-rated if extension is required

5. Photo/Video Usage Policy

Mount Studio and its affiliated companies reserve the right to use any photos/videos arising from the engagement of its services for its own portfolio and publicity purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
