- One Singapore business address for each virtual office receipt of incoming mail
- Self-collection of mail from SPGG’s Reception Counter (daily from 8.00am to 8.00pm) at 1010 Dover Road, Singapore 139658. Parcel collection is not available.
- Only for Singapore-registered companies, businesses, and societies.
- Fees quoted are inclusive of 9% GST.

We provide a business address, and will receive all incoming mail and parcels from postal or courier services on behalf of your business.

Yes, you can. You just have to pay an additional $100.00+, subject to prevailing GST, and subject to availability of the number that you wish to have.
No, SPGG Virtual Office is also available to non-SPGG members.
No, we do not provide such services.
SPGG Virtual Office is only open to Singapore-registered companies, Sole-proprietors, and Societies, but not for individuals.
Mail delivered to SPGG at 1010 Dover Road, can be collected at our Reception desk during operating hours stated above. You may contact our Reception Counter at 6796 9988 in advance, to check if there is any mail for collection, before you come over.
Please note that parcel collection is not available.
Yes you may but you still have to pay for 3 SPGG Virtual Office accounts.

Submit the following via email, or in person to SPGG’s Reception Counter:
If you wish to apply for a new business:
- SPGG Virtual Office Application Form – complete Page 1 (available at SPGG Reception Counter or can be requested via email to virtualoffice@spgg.org.sg);
- Verification of the NRIC (front and back) for the shareholder/director of your new business;
If you wish to apply for your existing business:
- SPGG Virtual Office Application Form – complete Page 2 (available at SPGG Reception Counter or can be requested via email to virtualoffice@spgg.org.sg);
- Verification of the NRIC (front and back) for the shareholder/director of your new business;
- A recent ACRA/ROS printout for company or sole-Proprietor or society.
