At a very cheap rate of $0.35 a day, you can have a professional and prestigious address for your new business or start-up, at 1010 Dover Road.
For an additional $100.00+, you can register for a Special Unit Number (subject to availability).
Collecting your mail is as easy as pie—we are easily accessible from AYE Clementi Road exit, or you may take a 10 minute bus ride from Clementi Interchange (enter through Gate 4 - beside Singapore Polytechnic Sports Complex)
About Our Virtual Office:
- Annual* fee of $120.00+ (*monthly fee $12+ on year of application applies)
- Additional fee of $100.00+ for a Special Unit Number (subject to availability)
- One Singapore business address for each virtual office receipt of incoming mail
- Self-collection of mail from SPGG’s Reception desk (open daily from 8.00am to 8.00pm) at 1010 Dover Road, Singapore 139658.
- Only for Singapore-registered companies, businesses, and societies.

No, SPGG Virtual Office is also available to non-SPGG members.
No, we do not provide such services.
SPGG Virtual Office is only open to Singapore-registered companies, Sole-proprietors, and Societies, but not for individuals.
Mail and parcels are delivered to our SPGG Clubhouse which is located at 1010 Dover Road, and tenants can collect their mail at our Reception desk.
You may contact our Reception desk at 6796 9988 to check if there is any mail for collection, before you come over.

If you wish to apply for your existing business:

- A recent ACRA/ROS printout for company or sole-Proprietor or society.
